Management
Services
Depending on your wishes, we deliver
management services on an annual or part yearly basis. These
services consist of:
Visits
In your absence the property will
be visited once a week to check on security and maintenance and
to look after your letterbox. This includes the airing of all rooms. We
will supervise and check all work
carried out on your behalf. All facilities will be checked prior
to your own
arrival and to the arrival of
your guests. After each rental there will be an inspection of the
property.
Administration
We arrange payment of bills on your
behalf, such as government taxes, utility, insurance and telephone.
We will also deal with the relevant authorities. You can use East
Algarve Management's address as a
mailbox, so that you may be confident about the handling of
your mail in Portugal.
Network
We provide a network of professionals,
such as fiscal consultants, lawyers, architects, building
constructors, electricians, plumbers, gardeners, pool specialists, carpenters,
satellite experts, water treatment
specialists, etc.
Maintenance
Basic maintenance and emergency repairs
will be done immediately (a maximum cost will be agreed).
In case of major items there will be previous consultation with you being
the owner.
We arrange quotations beforehand.
No work will be done without your written approval.
Personal Contact
East Algarve Property Management considers
personal contact with the owner important to the provision
of an effective service. We are within reach 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week for emergencies and during office
hours for less urgent matters. A monthly report will be sent on the
maintenance, giving advice on related matters and a list of financial
transactions. In case of urgent problems
we shall contact you immediately. In case of emergencies we take all measures
needed on your behalf in cooperation
with police, fire brigade etc. For the guests there will be
an information handout with important
telephone numbers.
Supplementary
services are provided at an additional charge.
Pool Maintenance
East Algarve Property Management will
arrange for professionals to do this.
Rent a car
We work with a well-known car rental
company. This means that you can rent a car without worrying.
The car will be delivered to Faro Airport on your arrival.
Golfpackages
East
Algarve Property Management cooperates with 3 golf courses: Benamor, Quinta
da Ria and Quinta de Cima and provides
special golfpackages with discount.
Rentals
East Algarve Property Management
offers the possibility to let your property. Therefore we use the
website East Algarve Property Rentals. Several additional services provide
