   Letting your Property
     East Algarve Property Management will manage the letting of your property at a price
     agreed prior to the letting. We use our websites: www.east-algarve-property-rentals.com,
     www.algarvestart.com, www.tavira.com.pt and over 50 specialised international websites
     and search engines for this purpose.
     On the website www.east-algarve-property-rentals.com your property will be inserted with
     an extended description and pictures. It has over 40.000 page views per month. The website
     is designed in 6 languages and listed on many search engines and specialised websites
     inside and outside Europe.
     
   Payment
    The rental sum will be paid as follows:
     By tenant: 50% within 2 weeks from booking and 50% 6 weeks before arrival.
     Payments will be done to you in the same month and notified on the monthly report.

     Arrival / departure day
   Rentals are booked from 15.00pm till 10.00am at the changeover day.

    Check and preparing prior to arrival
    Meet, keys delivery at the house, breakage deposit
    Welcome pack at request
    Attainability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
    Handout with information and telephone numbers
    Supplies for children such as cot and high chair on request
    Changing bed linen and towels
    Cleaning and laundry
    Inspection and greet
 
    Owner´s rentals
    Obviously being the owner you have the option to let your property by yourself. For this we     charge a rate for the above mentioned service. However, there will be no less a service
    provided for your guests. During your own stay there will be no charges for guest service.
